When you contact Anti-Ligature Australia, we collect the contact details, project information, product selections and files you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange requested supply.

Your information

Enquiries and attachments are stored in our business systems and are available to authorised staff. Relevant project and product requirements may be shared with manufacturers, service providers or delivery partners where needed to respond to your request. Please do not include patient, resident or other sensitive personal information in plans or messages.

Website storage

Your quote list is saved in your browser so you can continue browsing and return to it. Clearing your browser site data removes that list. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. Hosting services may record technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand visits to our public website, successful enquiries, quote-list additions, guide downloads and clicks on our contact links. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical usage information, which may be processed overseas. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, enquiry text or attachments as analytics event data. Advertising personalisation is disabled.
